My real estate journey began when I started a business helping people moving to Portugal rent apartments amidst the country’s rental crisis. During that time, two things happened:

First, I learned a ton about the current and future landscape of Portugal.

Second, I witnessed the real estate market explode, seemingly overnight.

However, as Portugal’s popularity and housing prices grew, dissatisfaction also grew, with many feeling like they had been sold a dream that didn’t exist.

I am not a real estate junkie, rather, I’m a strategist focused on answers and information. Because of this, data, not hype, is what really gets me excited about real estate in Portugal. It’s this and my insights into the Portuguese landscape, plus my own experiences as an foreigner that defines the way I do business.
